Environmental Compliance Management

Hicks & Company pioneered the approach to Environmental Compliance Management for Design-Build highway projects in Texas, beginning with the State Highway 130 toll road in Austin in 2002. For over twenty years, we’ve tailored the approach to successfully manage major Design-Build and CDA projects from El Paso to Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth to San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley. Our team of professionals performs the full range of comprehensive environmental compliance services for the design, post-design, pre-construction, and construction phases. We participate on owner, developer, designer, and independent engineer teams, and have performed environmental compliance management services for twenty-one projects since 2002.
