Hicks & Company was the independent Environmental Compliance Manager for this CDA project including the expansion and reconstruction of the I-10/Loop 375 Interchange in El Paso, including the addition of three of the eight direct connectors. Hicks & Company’s Environmental Compliance Team monitored construction and assisted the Developer in maintaining environmental compliance. We were responsible for performing or overseeing all aspects of environmental compliance and reporting for the project, including the development and implementation of a Comprehensive Environmental Protection Program, an Environmental Training Program, oversight of environmental inspections, and quality-control reviews of final design drawings.
