The US 183 North Mobility Project calls for the construction of four express lanes (two in each direction) and the widening of the existing US 183 to bring the total number of general-purpose lanes to four in each direction. Hicks & Company responds to and assesses unknown karsts and caves found during construction 24/7 and completes environmental compliance assessments weekly. Hicks & Company’s Professional Geoscientists perform geologic evaluations to assess sensitive features over the Edwards Aquifer within karsts that contain groundwater. Hicks & Company is still actively participating in this project concerning its geologic and environmental compliance management practices.
