Hicks & Company provided noise modeling services for proposed improvements to the Marsha Sharp Freeway in Lubbock. A Traffic Noise Technical Report containing the results of the analysis was prepared, including a discussion of the existing and predicted noise levels at sensitive receiver locations, an explanation of proposed noise abatement measures, and maps depicting the receiver locations and proposed noise walls.
