CTAEP and Hicks & Company staff enjoyed volunteering with TreeFolks at a tree planting event at Reed Park on February 3, 2018. The event was sponsored by TreeFolks and their partners at the City of Austin and Keep Austin Beautiful.
TreeFolks engages thousands of volunteers and community groups to plant trees in public parks, preserves, and school yards. They also work to restore forests after natural disasters such as the devastating Blanco River floods of 2015 and the forest fires of 2011 in Bastrop County.
